Reply to earlier posting..My wife and I saw the show Sat. @ the HOB...Fantastic. We sat stage right about 3rd row. Candy and Ritchie put on one of the most enjoyable shows we have ever seen. For those that naven't seen them, they will not dissapoint!! They played new stuff as well as older tunes. Ritchie is the master of whatever instrument he plays! Candy's vocals were unbelievable, her voice is hypnotic to say the least. If you plan on attending one of their shows..rent a costume, the roadies may put you in the front like they did us. Also paople in costumes were lucky enough to get gifts handed to them by the "Man" himself. And yes, they played some Deep Purple!!!Also, if you go the show, plan on bringing a donation for the animal rescue group that attends all of their concerts, PLEASE. Luv Candice Night, Richie Blackmore & their music - just love it - I'm an old-time rocker but have really dug into this new Celtic/Ren music - luv "Locked Within the Crystal Ball" - best of the best song EVER !!! lyrics, singing, guitar work, melodies, arrangement, mix, composition, instruments - super stuff !!! I'll be seeing them tomorrow in Chicago at the house of blues. Can't wait, my wife are huge fans of Ritchie and Candy and it's our anniversary, along with sweetest day, so this will be a memorable event for us. Also, they don't tour in the states very often so if you have the chance to see them, do it!! I'll let you know how the show was.
